Early in the morning, DaddyLo said " Happy Father's day, thank you BabyLo, if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be a father... and thanks wifey..if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be a father either"
MummyLo has planned the Father's Day itinerary early on in the week .. if only it didn't rain .. it would be much better. What was supposed to be a wildlife outing with bush walking and a nice lunch turned out to be just an hour drive to a restaurant and back again. The restaurant of choice was the "Lochiel House" located in Kurrajong Heights in the heart of the Hawksberry Valley.
Stepping inside the restaurant from the cold rain and wind was a perfect sensation. The restaurant is a modified cottage with fireplace settings and a warm and cosy environment.
Lochiel House is a one-hat classy restaurant.. but BabyLo still sat in the restaurant like he is at a "Dai Pai Dong" (road-side food stall) with one leg on the table.
The food was so-so .. could be better .. but this Steamed Dashi with scallop and fish roe is my favourite dish there.
This Father's Day is special..
It is DaddyLo's first father's day
How lucky of BabyLo to have DaddyLo as the father.. he will never be short of toys, and he will never fail to have a good laugh with his Dad.
But of course it was thanks to MummyLo and DaddyLo's dads too .. if it wasn't for them, we wouldn't know what to aim for to be good parents.

oh .. and BabyLo is finally a six-month old today.
